Security and Prevention Measures

In CBDC usage scenarios, security and prevention measures are critical to ensure the stability, security of CBDC operations and the protection of user funds. IBDT provides a system "Perseus 4" based on encryption technology, firewalls and monitoring technology. The following are the security and prevention measures implemented by "Perseus 4":
Encrypted communication: "Perseus 4" uses encrypted communication protocols to protect communications between users and the system. Including the use of protocols such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of transactions and user data during transmission.
Defensive programming: The development of "Perseus 4" should adopt the principles of defensive programming to reduce security vulnerabilities and potential attack surfaces. Including verifying and filtering input data, preventing buffer overflows, securely storing and processing sensitive data, etc.
Security auditing and monitoring: "Perseus 4" implements comprehensive security auditing and monitoring mechanisms to detect and respond to potential security events and anomalous activities. Including real-time monitoring of system activities, logging, abnormal behavior analysis and alarm mechanisms, as well as the establishment of response plans and emergency response teams.
Vulnerability management and updates: "Perseus 4" regularly conducts vulnerability management and updates, including performing security vulnerability scans of the system, patching vulnerabilities and updating software, reducing potential security risks, and ensuring that the system's security is consistent with the latest security standards.
